Kroger — Local services in Nelsonville

My daughter just had surgery I live two hours away from there and I was one day early from getting my prescription filled and they would not help me even though they could see my daughter laying in the backseat of my car when we were in the Drive-Thru I think they should realize that not everybody in the world is a druggie and trying to get one over on you there are still good people out here in this old world and when you have never asked to get your prescription early they could have helped out one time especially when you live 2 hours away and they know that and they can see your sick kid in the backseat and knowing that you can't leave her the next day!! This Kroger's needs to be bigger, gets good business but man it'd be nice to be able to have space to walk around people & space to walk around the stands they put in the aisles when your shopping. Besides that, NEVER order a birthday cake from this place. They told me over the phone it'd be $35 but when I got there it was $42. Once I asked them about it, they wanted to be rude. The items sold here are very limited as this is a tiny store and lacks room for all the regular Departments, produce is extremely small area, Meat Department and deli are small and prices are extremely high!
