Little Italy Pizza Inc — Restaurant in Nelsonville

Used to have pretty decent food, so I made an order to get a few things delivered. An hour later, no word on the food. Called them, "oh, the driver just left". Food gets here an hour and a half after we order, it's cold, the normally nice chicken sandwich has been replaced with a perfectly round textured chicken patty that tastes like burnt breading and depression, the kind of garbage you'd get from a bad school lunch, for $5. The fries, which were $2 extra and didn't come with the abomination of a sandwich, are cold, flaccid, and terrible, and all around everything we ordered is just awful.

I called to ask what's happened, and they claim they're "switching to a new supplier", and that's just what everything is now. I ask if there's anything that can be done about it, as some of these items are blatantly low quality and not at all what was expected, and the only thing they said was "I'm sorry" before hanging up.

I'm likely never going to get food here again. They used to be better than this, and if this is what they're going to be like moving forward, then it's not...

EDIT... The manager contacted and assured us the matter was handled. He made it Right with us. So happy to see some places still care and fix what need to be. Although tonight was a small improvement because we got all our food.still took the 2.5 hrs to get it and was cold.

I'm sooo disappointed tonight. It took us 2.5 hrs to get our food. After I call at the 2 hr mark and ask where my food was ( She told me 45 mins) She ask my name and said hold on, I could hear them laughing in the back ground and she ask for my address again and said they would get it there asap. I'm guessing since on the label it says carryout the girl didn't put the order in correctly. When we finally got out food some was missing and the nice delivery guy had to go back and get it. The rest of the food was barely warm. My salad wasn't correct you can see on the label it says no onion or peppers but clearly they are in the salad that I can...

I love their food. But… my last two orders have been literal nightmares. Starting last week I ordered on a busy night I’ll give them that. I call after patiently waiting 2 hours I get told they forgot about me and that my food is sitting there. After having to sub an item out. I’ll admit I was upset and simply just hung up. So without prompting they bring this food that had been in the bag under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Bun soggy the chicken wings they subbed out had so much sauce I coulda drank it. Then tonight. I call to get my replacement. Order the food long wait. Have no worries I just simply want there food I can wait. Hour and 45 minutes goes by I call they say 25 more minutes with an initial wait time of 1:30. They call me back a few minutes later to tell me they don’t have what i ordered. Wonderful.
