I thought it would be a better experience going to a furniture in a small town, but I was completely fooled. I understand the COVID situation has set a lot of things back, but it really just takes a little kindness and consideration to pick up the phone to let a paying customer know that "Oh by the way it's going to take months for your furniture to come instead of the two weeks we originally told you and then it still might not come in after that." This is surely information they knew before selling the furniture, but because a sale was obviously the most important thing and not customer satisfaction I guess that's shame on me for not seeing past the lies. Also, we purchased a $500.00 recliner and when it was delivered a piece of the chair around the handle was dangling off. They sent someone back out to look at it and was told to just velcro it. So I pay $500.00 for a chair that I only had for 10 minutes and now have to patch up myself? It's quite possible that the good ole boy treatment doesn't work for the likes of someone like me, but you would think in this day and time (and yes even in Mississippi) that things would have gotten better. My advice ask questions, what is the return policy? Is my order a special order (because apparently a special order can't be returned if you're not satisfied and even if they haven't even received the furniture yet)? Read moreWell I have to say the sales lady sorry can't remember her name was very and helpful but!! We and my wife got a a 6pc. Set sofa loveseat both have recliners on the end and a big recliner by it's self with end tables and coffee table the first two months after we got the set the big recliner broke and and the following week the loveseat broke we where so disgusted but don't believe there's anything we can do cause we paid cash for the set almost $3000 the set just fell apart always not trying to give them a bad name by any means it's just me and my wife live off of SSA and will probably never be able to afford another set again for the only reason we was able to get the set at that time is we come into a little money but like I said not trying to give anyone a bad name just disgusted and wish we would have shopped around Gwendolyn...
Read moreLove R&B! I’ve owned my entire bedroom suit (queen size bed, night stand, dresser with mirror + chest of drawers) as well as my washer + dryer from them since 2016! Everything still runs and looks great! Also bought a VERY nice sectional from them in 2021 and LOVED it, but had to downsize due to a move. We bought our newest sofa and loveseat from them as well and it’s been great in the new house! Will never shop...
