Update: Now Advatech is saying because they updated cameras we stopped using last year that we have to pay for another full year of camera subscription. Do not work with Advatech.

Work with this company if you want your alarm system to call you every 2 hours all weekend with no way to make it stop. Happens whenever a battery dies or some other part fails and since they will not fix it until Monday, you will keep getting robo calls and then calls from a person with no ability to reasonably look at the code and decide it's not worth a call at 2am.

Advatechs response is to suggest we block these constant calls instead of finding ways to differentiate between general maintenance issues and emergency alerts.
