Ordered 6 fixtures for a new office space last week, they arrived and it was the wrong fixture. I notified customer service, and received several false apologies. I told them I needed the fixtures by a specific date which required expedited shipping. Their only solution was for me to pay the extra shipping costs to the tune of $400 so that I could get the correct fixtures that I ordered on time to complete a build out. Steve Philips, their general manager, was of no help whatsoever. He was surprised that I needed the fixtures within a specific time, and actually said that I needed to pay for expedited shipping to correct their mistake. Unbelievably bad customer service, the apologies I received were false because they didn’t care to actually take responsibility for their mistake, there wasn’t a time crunch until they sent me the wrong fixture. I was hoping I had found a good source for lighting, but they clearly don’t care about their customers. Now I’m going to have to push our move in a week, which will cost me literally thousands, and I had to reschedule my electrician who is charging me a fee. Read moreI ordered a light for my downstairs. It came defective. I contacted them about returning it. It cost me $98 to return it and the mounting kit. I didn't pay much more than that. I am awaiting a response from the company to see if they will reimburse shipping. I would not recommend this company if there is any chance you may need to return an item. I will amend this review if there is a positive outcome, but as it stands I will probably be out all the shipping. Not a very happy customer!!!!
Update 03/09/21: I have recently been contacted by the company and it was explained that there was a misunderstanding and they did not realize the product was effective. In which case, they would have paid for the return shipping or said not to return the item. They did say that if the product had just not worked out or wasn't to our liking the return would have been at my expense. It seems to me that if it was returned unused and in resalable condition a person should be able to return it for a full refund.
