What an amazing experience at a very stressful time! We had moved my inlaws into assisted living and needed to clean out over 60 years of accumulation in their home before we could put the house on the market. I contacted Eric and he suggested we do a buyout/ cleanout. In a matter of days Eric was over to the house, looked over what we had, and gave us an estimate of what we would end up with as a settlement. We were satisfied with the price of the settlement, and I explained that we wanted to get the house cleaned out completly as soon as possible so that we could get it on the market. We got on his schedule for just over a week later. On the day we agreed upon, Roberto showed up 10 minutes early and began to stage everything outside. Roberto is an amazing man! Very hard working, caring and careful and just a nonstop ball of energy. I cant say enough about him! Eric and the rest of the crew showed up shortly thereafter, and in a matter of a few hours, working nonstop, 60 years of stuff was loaded up and gone. I was totally impressed with Eric and his crew, they were all very careful coming in and out of the house, they really knew what they were doing. After all was said and done, Eric informed me that he had found a few more things of value than he had originally estimated, and cut us a check on the spot for nearly 50% more than he had originally stated. Working with Eric and his team from Heritage Estate Settlement was wonderful. Eric understood the value of the collectables and other saleable items. He offered a very fair price for the contents and his cleaning estimates were totally reasonable.

I live in California and needed to empty my father's house before selling the property. The house had not been cleaned in years, was full of stuff, smelled like "dog" and had a mold problem. Additionally, there were two pigeon coops with poop that needed to be cleaned.

Eric kept me updated every step of the way, and my cousin who lives locally verified that the work was done on time and as expected. Eric made great recommendations such as removing old smelly carpet and scraping peeling paint from the ceilings, plus an extensive final cleaning. When the work was complete, I was paid the net difference between the value of the contents and the cleaning fees. No money up front. So easy!
