Shop local!! Twins is wounderful!! Very helpful. Staff is helpful also has exceptional knowledge in their field. If they don't know they will look it up. The shop also has lots of Community Information like 4th of July parade offerings in New Berlin, the fireman's pancake breakfast and the Historical Society events. The offerings are unique and go from your pocket to an elaborate event . Cards, soaps, air fresheners, wall art, large and small Decor offerings. But they're Floral is so fresh and unique offerings not your basic roses daisies. They have those common flowers but the offerings are so unique and special. It's like having a downtown sophisticated Floral in a big city right here in New Berlin. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this shop!!!

Easy in and out.

Two of the 3 buildings are easy for a walker to get in and out. Store Isles are all so easy for Walker.

The third building in the back has a step up about 4 in tall. It's called the she shed. Very small inside. Just about wide enough for two people for browsing.

The second building is the Clearance Store. It is filled with items from past holidays and clothing items that are very unique and one of a kind.

Twins Flowers went above and beyond, creating four breathtaking flower displays that were as meaningful as they were beautiful. Each was unique to represent her grandchildren, great grandchildren, children, and late husband, yet all coordinated perfectly. They took the time to guide me through all the options, ensuring every detail was perfect.

One of the most touching gestures was how they incorporated Rummikub pieces into the grandkids’ spray, a heartfelt nod to the game they always played with her. They even matched ribbons to her titles referenced in the obituary and had me call the church while I was in their shop to make sure we followed all the rules, which I never would have thought of.

Everything was delivered on -time. The flowers were vibrant and fresh, and everything came together seamlessly. Ordered flowers online to be delivered. On the website, it said that I had to order before 12pm for same day delivery - even on Saturday & Sunday. I ordered 11:40am and just squeaked in. Soon after, I received a call from the sweetest girl that they couldn't deliver same day, and after I raised a stink and asked to speak to the owner etc. etc., they took off the delivery fee. I know I wasn't being the friendliest as I felt they needed to adhere to what was written on the website, but the customer service was top notch, the delivery gentleman (Dennis?) was very accommodating (he even circled back after they weren't home on the first attempt) and the flowers were more beautiful than the pictures online. This went from a 1 star experience to a 5 star. Will order from them again - and this time, place my order...
