Trying to simply get sample films took over a month. I had to call multiple times, email again and again to eventually get someone on the line who could help me. I was told they serve customers of all sizes, was assured they could help me out with the film I was looking for, and that I would have a bunch of samples sent out the same day. A month later, they hadn't sent anything. When I called to see what was going on, they sent the wrong film samples, and then on top of that informed me they wouldn't be able to help me since I was buying too small a quantity of film.
