In December, they charged me $520 to repair my ring. They said they could replace the 4 small missing stones and tighten ALL the prongs. They said they guaranteed their work. I had been wearing it for 24 years. Early last year, the stones fell out and I quit wearing it until I could afford to have it repaired. 3 weeks ago, one of the stones they had replaced fell out. I took it back to them, with my receipt, expecting that they would stand behind their work. They said I would have to pay $70 to replace the stone !!! I couldn't believe it! They said it couldn't have been a loose prong, that it must have been my fault. That I must have cracked the stone. I haven't done anything strenuous enough to crack a small Diamond or Ruby!! I was shocked!!! DON'T TAKE YOUR JEWELRY TO MIKE'S if you want it repaired properly and expect them to honor their warranty!!!!! If I were able, I would leave zero stars. Do NOT take any jewelry here for repair! I took a ring I bought in Tanzania in for repair because it was missing one tiny stone on the bottom. Without calling me with any details, they simply said they weren’t able to repair it because when he’d replace one stone, another would fall out somewhere else. I presumed those were replaced and I would pick up my ring in the same condition it was left, that was not the case. I am now missing NINE stones all over the ring and the lady at the counter simply shrugged and said sorry. This is completely unacceptable customer service and now leaves me with even more to repair elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT take your jewelry here...
