Super Smoke Outlet — Local services in New Bern

Two weeks ago my bf and I went to pick up a food order at 11 pm. He needed cigarettes so we went to a few we usually frequent. Even though the results showed these were open; they were NOT.

We found Super Smoke Outlet as we were otw to another that wasn't open. My bf and I were immediately impressed with the immense supply of products we could see as we parked.

I went in and found dr pepper in the can ( my chaser...lol) and the largest selection of all the items you'd expect to see but with more brands and varieties.

I didn't get the gentleman's name that assisted me but he explained the reward program he offers, up and coming reward programs and explained the business hadn't been open long.

He was very friendly and the cigarette price for Montegos was lower than I have ever found them anywhere else!! If you have not shopped this tobacco store, you are really missing out and wasting money by paying the higher prices at other shops.

So, do yourself a BIG FAVOR AND SAVE MONEY....go check out SUPER...

I just put my dog down four days ago and I just needed something to help calm my nerves and anxiety. I went in and was greeted immediately told them why I was there and how much I could spend and while my budget was low, he was able to work with me so that I would have something that would A. Be strong and good B last a long time. He didn't take advantage instead he helped me. Can't recommend them enough. The compassion kindness is there good quality stuff and the shop was so CLEAN...

The place is pretty good, but there is one individual. Who does not speak very much english. And you're rude and angry. It seems the manager of the place or the owner. I'm not sure which this individual is a good guy and gets good deals. This is a good place, but the one who doesn't speak good english and barely understands what you're telling him you want is the 1 to watch. Beware, the place has great products, mostly great service, except that 1 individual....
