On 7/12/24 I paid $234 on a large funeral arrangement including $15 delivery fee and taxes. Stated I wanted hydrangeas, sunflowers and NO LILLIES. Stated how I wanted the card to read. Upon arrival to the funeral home, there was a WRONG NAME of recipient (Kathy, not Katie) and did not state who the flowers were from (supposed to say Love Andrew, Jenna, Nick, Kate and All of the girls). The arrangement was hideous…Cala LILLIES, 1 out of 2 wilted hydrangeas and no sunflowers. Flowers that belong in a Hawaiian arrangement. HIDEOUS! Almost a good thing our names weren’t on it because it was embarrassing! Owner states policy is no refunds yet never disclosed a policy or had me sign one. Woman I spoke to on phone 7/14 asked if I wanted refund or a new arrangement to be delivered to family and I stated refund. My husband spoke to owner 7/16 told him he’d call him back later that day or next day.. never called. My husband called 3x on 7/17 and mailbox is full. I contacted BBB to file a complaint. Last thing a grieving person wants to do is argue for a refund for an ugly arrangement where nothing was right about it, including the card (which wasn’t a professional flower shop card stock but piece of paper). Read moreI am very sad to write this review for Nick, he is the store manager and I thought he was incredibly professional but unfortunately his flowers arrangements were not what I had requested. Picture 1 shows what I had requested, white flowers and pink Flowers on top of the large vase, picture 2 shows the orchids that were supposed to be falling down from the flower arrangement making it look nice like a cascade. It was agree d that he was going to put 4 orchids per arrangement. Picture 3 shows what I got (while not ugly, it is not what I agreed to pay) a flower arrangement smaller than what I paid for and no orchids falling down like cascades. He cut the orchids and put them on the sides making it look really bad :(. There are other things that he messed up like the flowers for cake
When I arrived to my reception I notice that the flower arrangements were not what I had paid for. I felt so angry and I am still angry. I will never go to that store nor do I recommend him for wedding flowers. I felt sad that my money was stolen... Read moreI wish I would have read the other reviews before I ordered. I ordered Monday within the same day delivery time noted and my flowers were not delivered the same day. I have patience so I figured it was a busy day. I get a call the next morning (today) to tell me there is a glitch in their system and they are not open on Mondays. I accepted the apology and waited on my flowers. Still nothing. It will be day 3 tomorrow and for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to wait another day. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone and I will not order from them again. All of the other comments about no delivery or late delivery are very accurate. update 3 days later I never received my flowers and called to cancel. I was assured it would be taken care of and my money would be refunded. Later that afternoon there was an attempt to deliver and I refused the delivery and called them. Again they told me the order was canceled and they reissued a refund. To date, this is not true. I was still charged and I will now have to go to them in person.
