Okay so I frequently order from here, my kid loves Chinese food. , today the lady gave me ridiculous prices and told me the prices suddenly went up and it’s also now $1 to pay with my card instead of .50 which is okay, I’m not complaining it’s a business I understand, either way I can still afford it, they may want to update your menus though, as soon as I get ready to read my card number she says “how about you pay with cash” & hung up on me. At this point, I didn’t even want the food because that was unprofessional. I tried to call back to cancel my order, no answer. I called again, no answer. Again, and again. And again each time no answer. I waited a while, she finally answered with no valid excuse as to why she hung up in my face so I told her I want to cancel my order she hung up on me again. It has been like about a year since I last ordered from here. So today I was craving Chinese and decided to give it a try since my daughter lives about 2 minutes from it. I ordered general chicken with pork fried rice and chicken low mein with boneless spare ribs for my baby girl both combo's. I told lady I was paying with card she charged me a dollar more and my total was almost 34 dollars. Gave guy a tip and when I read Receipt it said they charged me 11 something for the general chicken with rice which was good but when I saw my daughters combo they charged me 12.25 just for the boneless and 3 something for the lo mein mind you it was given as a combo. 3 dollars for delivery charge and 10 cents for the bag plus tax . Mind you charging for bags is really not a thing anymore . I would never ever order from here again .prices are going up but they really over did it! I figured I’d give this place a try because of their “4 stars”. Boy was I wrong! For starters, my order was $39.97. I sent my husband inside to pay and pick up and he was charged $40.00 ok no big deal although if this is done to enough people even at this small rate it’ll definitely make a difference. I get home and go to have the crab Rangoon and no sauce. I called them up and the woman says “you didn’t tell me online that you wanted sauce for your crab Rangoon” WHAT! So evidently, this is the only Chinese restaurant in the WORLD that charges for sweet and sour sauce when crab Rangoon is ordered. Unbelievable! So she didn’t give in but that’s not the worst. When I go to eat the crab Rangoon I discover that it’s not crab or even imitation crab it’s BROCCOLI! This just don’t make no sense! I’m just done with these places that get over on honest hard...
