Victory Lotus — Local services in New Brunswick

I have no experience with this dealership, was only trying to place a deposit on an Emira, and Lotus corporate referred me here. Didn't even get that far as I noted the below comment, from the owner, in response to another review:

"Is that what you heard, "xxxxx"? Well, "xxxxx", that's a bald-faced lie. There are never any hidden fees. Ever. But, I heard that "xxxxx" got a "D" in 6th grade gym class... ...as long as we're trashing things about which we know nothing."

While the original reviewer may have incorrectly accused the dealer of adding fees, this response from the company is childish and borders on fat shaming (I removed the original poster's identifying information). I felt compelled to write this as:

A) I will be purchasing and Emira, just not from here B) The sole reason for this decision is related to the above comment C) I hope that in creating this review that it can influence this establishment to change their outlook on how to respond to rouge accusations from individuals on Google. Made an appt to test drive a pre owned Lotus Evora S on a Saturday . I drove for over 2hrs to get there and it was worth it. Treated very well by Salesman Jon Sisco .He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient . Like me, he loves cars. He did not lose interest in me even when he learned I would not be purchasing that car due to rearward visibility problem intrinsic to that car’s design. I wish I could buy a car from them but this was not the right one. Very genuine and customer oriented salesperson in Jon Sisco and genrl sales mgr Chris Montecielo. We just bought an emira off the lot this month and our experience is mostly perfect. Jon was very helpful and we were able to complete the test drive, signing, and purchasing within the same day. All of their staff were very friendly and the process was easy and painless. We would definitely recommend others to purchase lotus here or visit other victory's...
