I’ve had a lot of trouble finding Indian clothing in my size for a wedding in Bangalore I’m going to in December. Every store I went to on Long Island would not have my size or would have my size but only a few options and also out of my price range. Also, at those stores the employees would laugh when I told them the size I needed.

I decided to broaden my search and I’m so happy I did. I called Stylish Chakra Fashion Outlet to see if they had my size and was so pleasantly surprised to have Jyoti not only say yes! But also tell me they have lots of options and anything they didn’t have I could order in the size I needed.

Jyoti was so sweet and helpful over the phone. Here are the points that stood out to me: -great, enthusiastic energy -consideration of my budget -consideration of having to travel/pack these dresses with everything else I’d be taking -options of every-day outfits for selfies/great trip photos -consideration of temperature/weather of India -mention of other shops to make my drive worth it in case I couldn’t find what I needed at her store

When I got to the store location, Jyoti offered me coffee, tea, and even to make a run to Dunkin because she knew I’d be trying on lots of things and might be there for a while. I’ve never received such generous customer service before.

I am unfamiliar with Indian fashion and all the ladies were so helpful explaining what outfits were worn for which occasions. I planned to only get ONE dress, but because the beautiful gowns were so affordable I was able to get TWO and a fancy tunic. Jyoti also gifted me with beautiful earrings to go with a dress and high quality packaging to protect my dresses during my 30hrs of travel to India.

It look me 2hrs to get to her store from where I live and it was 100% worth it. Even though Jyoti offered to ship me anything else I needed I would have NO PROBLEM driving back to shop with her and her team in person again!

My now wife, and I came to this store looking for guidance and assistance for our upcoming wedding. We found the stores in Edison and online very overwhelming not to mention we were both clueless. Chander and Jyoti are not the usual merchants of their trade to sell you their wares just to get rid of inventory. They take their time, and have enormous amount of patience to hear your every need and whim and give sage counsel on how the fashion and the event should be jelled as one. Their knowledge of the marriage industry shines and it is like you are getting schooled by a patient teacher. Because of this tailored approach to customer service, we brought our family and our friends here to get their clothes for our wedding. The quality of the finished product is par excellence. Even when the outfits had minor adjustment issues or there were issues with shipping, Chander and Jyoti went above and beyond to settle and make things right. Everyone at the wedding from the photographer to the one uncle you see once a year complemented on the color, quality, and pizazz of all the outfits. Quite a Bollywood-esque experience.
