Border Buds — Local services in New Buffalo Township

So went today 8/21 used my card for 40 percent and off and the bud tender only gave me 40 percent off of one purchase when I have used this card since they opened and received whatever discount that was listed of the full purchase. So I noticed when I left and before turning around on the highway I called back to let them know what had happened the manager told me that the budtenders wasn’t using the discounts properly and so they changed it, that’s false advertising smh, but then I asked will I be able to get the final discount (mind you I had to come 7 times before getting the 40 % that I just got robbed of smh) she says yes so they will honor the last discount but not the 40%. I’m hoping to when I drive back an hour away that it wont be in vain be it that they may change what was advertised again buyer beware. Also I feel like the card should have been honored because those cards were given out when you guys grand opens that first 2 months so why not honor that your customers are returning hence the point of...

First time trying the newer dispensary, I have been going to one of the others, going to KOB or Bloom, to get good flowers for a good price. After going to Boarder Buds I don't think I will be going anywhere else. BOARDER BUDS and having budtender Shannon wait on me made things go so smoothly! I'm usually in any of the other places on average 1 hour, that's waiting and then buying the goodies took almost 2 hours, now I do spend $700-$1000 every 4-5 weeks(All is personal for my husband and I) no selling. Now on the quality of flower- this is the first place where the flowers smell & taste like the late 90's early 2000's real old school the $20 a gram shit. 3 of the 4 I got, I would put in my top 10 that I've ever had in the 2 years of getting flowers from Michigan. Shannon made what I thought was going to take at least 1 hour in 15-20 minutes! Completely done with my free ⅛ of good ass flower- only small buds. And I'd go on Friday...

Of all the dispensaries on the green mile, I will always choose BB! I have been in at least a dozen times now so I have interacted with several of their employees. I have zero issues with wait times here, the prices are always worth the quality, and the customer service is incredible! Darcy: my first time in was incredible, she was so friendly and willing to talk me through every piece of purchase. She made me want to come back just by the pleasant experience. Jordan: I have had him most frequently of all the budtenders and I am never disappointed!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with picking out a variety. Dame: Such a fun employee, I had such a great time just talking with him. He seems to really enjoy his job and making people’s days brighter.
