Ive continued to return to this location after countless shops went up all around it. My brother and I enjoyed that it was more quiet and the previous manager was very knowledgeable and kind. Our recent visit made me never wish to return. Our sales clerk explained that the product we've purchased in recent times was discontinued, then offered us his next recommendation. We asked if his recommendation would be compatible with a product that was also purchased from them and proceeded to show him the item to confirm it's compatability. He then offered us a second item, assuring it's compatability. We purchased the product recommendation, taking his word for it. Then, when in the car, we noticed the shape of the item was incompatible in shape, through the packaging. Still with items unopened, I went back into the stop and explained that I only wish to make the exchange for what we had asked for and that I'm willing to also pay for any balance diffrence. The sales person was very nice and explained that the item we asked for originally was his first recommendation to us and that he would need to locate his manager. The manager approached and explained "there's no returns or exchanges in the cannabis world." I accepted that answer, started putting my purchase back in my bag and said "that's stinks". I was going to walk away but then the manager had to pipe up like he WANTED to fight with me and said "the sales person walked you guys through everything pretty well." My reply was that I showed him the literal pen when making my request. I would have returned if he hadn't have made that last comment. And he also had no right to say it was explained well when he wasn't even there to witness the experience. The salesmen was very nice and I'm sure he felt bad for the misunderstanding. But the manager there today is just an overgrown weed-bro who thinks he's found his dream job. He can have his moment, for...

The line configuration: at any given time they will have 2 to 3 registers open. Instead of like most establishments, where they have one long line, that cues and feeds into all of the staff help, they opt out for individual lines per register. So it’s your guess/luck which will move fast or slow. My luck lately is getting stuck behind a new customer who deserves the proper introduction and time to shop. In my case, I have been here once Or twice before and was stopping in to pick up a pre order.
No online/pre ordered dedicated line— the reason for this apparently for short staffing. Which alright- fair. But from my vantage point, there was 7-8 employees all throughout. I waited in a line system that seemed unnecessarily clueless.
The Website: first off, the front page has an announcement of “now accepting cash and debit, except all Major credit cards”. That’s pretty standard across many dispensaries now opening up, so i was happy to see that added. I arrived and they are not at all accepting debit cards, but provided ATMs per normal. No big deal-
Then when i picked up my pre order, one of the items was a battery. When online, the product I selected into my cart as a battery had a picture with a battery, a charger and one other accessory, and I thought it was a good deal. I was given a battery but no charger at first. I explained that theyre website advertised and pictured all inclusive. I was told this was false— but they gave me a charger anyways. both times I was fought with about what they listed on their website— but all i could say was look up your own company’s website! Very odd.
Anyways, great spot with the best prices in harbor country! Hope the other aspects...

I purchased a "Motor City High" cartridge that looked and tasted unhealthy. After researching the brand online, I found that this, or a strikingly similar product, was recalled 3 years ago for containing E acetate.
The physical packaging gave no substantial information than the website as to the legitimacy/safety such as test results. I returned the product and specifically asked for no recompensation. Who I talked with offered to show me the information regarding the product's compliance with safety rules [it isn't "whom" because they are the other subject of the sentence, not a direct object. Idk why I'm clarifying. I do though.] However, I was told I could not take pictures or have the information sent. As I understand, certain information such as lab results are never guarded in this way. Information such as this is meant to reach the public. For instance, one doesn't buy a can of beans without seeing where it comes from and what's in it.

Rolling Embers: you're acting a lot like THE MAN right now. And nobody who visits appreciates smokescreens that don't make you even feel anything indica or otherwise
Thank you.
Customers: be very careful. Ask questions. I won't get subjective here more than already, but please rolling embers if you have a response to this make it worth it. If you repeat that "it's all verified and it's all from growers and we know them" you've already deafened everyone's ears.
One more thing though, don't make the manager handle this. This issue-yes issue-should be handled systemically.
Thanks for...
