I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND MY RECIEPTS WERE ALTERED. I went to pick up my online orders. My budtenders name was Brandon R. I knew what my total was from the email confirmation, When I arrived, I planned to give the curbside employee a $5.00 tip. I handed over my money to Brandon. I told him how much I was giving him and that the $5.00 left over was his. He said thanks, and walked in. I wasn't waiting long before he came out with my bags. He apologized for the wait and said, as he pointed to the smallest bag, got comp products for you, I apologize for the wait. He handed me my things, said thanks again and walked inside. I pulled into the main parking lot, just to check and make sure all the items were accounted for. I didn't really look at the total, just if everything appeared there. It did,a l though I didn't see these complementary items he was talking about. I thought maybe he threw in a joint or gram. It was a 39 pc order, so I just figured I would find it at home in the bottom of the bag or something. Once home, l took a closer look at my receipt. Instead of giving me a "complementary" item, which is common practice, what someone or somebodies did was, comped products that I already had on my order. Even if a dispensary does comp something, it is of course, still on the receipt for inventory purposes. These items were not on my receipt. So, instead of giving me anything..now I have items not on the receipt, but in my bag. I get no loyalty points for said items, and SOMEONE HELPED THEMSELVES TO THE DIFFERENCE. So that $5 tip, just became $95. I get all my items, and he gets a huge tip, Urb gets to have inventory discrepancies and reputation for unscrupulous practices by their employees.. Again, what would comping 3 things and taking the difference do for me???? When I told the manager what happened, they investigated and had the audacity to offer me $125.00 in STORE CREDIT. What an absolute slap in the face. I just want everyone to be aware that this happens there. Trying to be nice and say to keep the change from my order, which would have been $5 over my total.....and that gives someone the opportunity to do this. You still get all your products, someone gets a huge tip and someone assumes because it's a large order, you won't notice. This is just so egregious, please be aware. There are so many other dispensaries in the area. Besides using the pathetic credit they gave me, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, FAR, AND AWAY! Not only the outrageous way I was misled and taken advantage of, but the insulting resolution to an issue I could have taken much further.

My first time visiting very welcoming and full of great deals. The staff was also very friendly. I recently relocated from Denver Colorado to Chicago so finding a nice place that feels similar to home is well worth the hour drive.

So, I called today July 2nd to speak to a manager, was told there might not be anyone available (at 1pm) fine but I’ll be on hold. Was able to speak to a manager he said “what would you like me to do” “everything that comes in here is verified” I said well I looked on muha he said “great thanks” I asked well did you want to look on your shelf these do not look accurate. “No I am not an expert..” I hung up. So now I’m leaving this review to show anyone that will listen. I also purchased two strawberry cough SAME EXACT PROBLEMS. I showed one manager when I went in to get my refund he said “I know they changed packaging” I do not think this bad. I also brought in an old muha to show them the difference, was dismissed. EDIT they don’t even have the muha phone number on the box, labeling is all off, lettering is bigger/wider. I brought in everything I had/ still have it. Was NEVER contacted since June 25th did all the contacting myself.

I went to URB dispensary in New Buffalo, Michigan for a specific promotion that I noticed online. The promo was a stash box was given to each customer if they spent $50 a certain times. There were four slot times. Open, 12pm, 4pm, and 8pm. I went right after getting off work coming from Chicago, Illinois. I got to the parking lot at 3:15 pm and decided to wait before getting in line. As I approached the line at nearly 15 minutes until 4pm, everyone in the line thought that we would be given numbers because the time slot was to be in line at 4pm. As we waited outside, there was a line, and also a very long line inside the dispensary. So as I made it to the register, I let the bud tender know to grab my box because I made it. He claims “I got you.” He takes his time grabbing my box as the bud tender next to him was still weighing another customers nuggets, and still gathering their product. Someone across the way yells “There are no more stash boxes.” I asked the bud tender “Did you get my box?” He goes “No. It’s nothing I can do.” I instantly got upset. I asked why didn’t he grab it as I asked him too. But all I got was pre rolls and gummies so I was ready to cash out…but the bud tender next to him was holding the person next to me box as she was still gathering his product and she expressed to them they needed to hurry the process because she was holding their box. I spoke to the manager and he was very rude. As I was so upset because I came from work, just lost my Pastor (she was my spiritual mom of 34 years since my mom passed away since I was 17), I had to drive back to the west side of Chicago to her visitation that evening and the rude bud tender Chris expressed to me in a laughing manner for me to come back at 8pm and I had already told them I came from work, and that I had to get back for this wake/viewing. Being undecided if I wanted to spend more than the amount for the stash box, grab weed, edibles, or pre rolls; I had him take them off. Then I got them added back on, he gets upset with me telling me I am working him and that at this point he doesn’t have to serve me and he can have me put out. So Jennifer being understanding because I told her my situation gave me 25% off. I felt it wasn’t fair because I was in line at the correct time, the bud tender moving at his own pace did not go grab my box when clearly the bud tenders were holding boxes for customers as they were still adding product to their orders. Also, there were people having their moms come in on walkers having them purchase for them to get multiple boxes so people in line could have gotten the box but due to them letting people cut the line and come back inside knocking those in line out of the count. I feel numbers should have been passed out because people who were in line at 3pm waiting very long, got boxes and people that made the 4pm line did not get a box because it was done unfair and very unorganized. Had I known they were allowing the nonsense, I would have got in line as soon as I got to the place. I will be contacting corporate. Mind you, I was slumped over because I am a medical patient, that has sciatica pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and herniated disc and bulging disc issues but yet they allow people to come inside and cut the line on people like myself as I had to wait without sitting. The guy who sent customers to the register saw me, I expressed him to him I did not get the box and his response was “You shitting me!” I said no. He got upset because he knew I had made the line but was treated so unfair. I will be contacting someone higher up about this because I like the prices, but the staff is horrible and very unprofessional. The do not take people serious and I do show my medical card when I come in and I have to stand waiting in that long line to be denied and treated with poor customer service while dealing with my leg nearly causing me to fall because the chairs are along the wall to use as you purchase and not to be accommodated if you have pain issues. I love shopping at URB but they let me down on my last visit. I was mischarged for a lot of product and when I called to have it fixed I was told 7-10 days to hear back. Not a problem. They actually called me the very next day. I told the nice lady I spoke with I was really busy and needed to call back in 20 minutes, she said it wasnt a problem infact she had a solution prepared for me already. She was going to add $20 to my rewards points.

Problem with that is I was charged way more than that, she said no problem she would double check her math and have an answer when I call back.

I called back roughly 25minutes later, and then was immediately put on hold. I sat on hold for 30mins before hanging up and calling back.

I was super polite and patient the entire time, even when I called back I told the receptionist no problem putting me on hold again just please don't forget me.

A gentlemen who sounded rather fed up with the situation got on the phone and asked me a few questions and then cut me off before letting me explain and he got the lady who offered $20 credit back on the phone.

She said she double checked her math and $50 was the amount I should get on my reward points. At this point my lunch break was over, so I just accepted because I didn't want to argue or seem condescending trying to explain math but here it is.

I bought 8 ounces of flower of the 89$ tier.

They have a sale that is always available when you buy 2 you get it for 160. If you come in between 9am and noon, they have a special to get 20% off everything in the store. These offers do not stack, of course. I came in the morning specifically to get this special, I even asked the cashier who must have been new because she didn't know what a infused preroll is, "is that price right with the 20% off?" she says yea. I dont wanna argue so I just continue to order. Since I have to do so many transactions shes starting me a larger bag of bags on the floor behind her counter, so I dont think to double check the receipt thats stappled to the bag. although the total seems high, I trusted her.

So back to my initial point, I bought 8 ounces of 89$ tier flower. 20% of 89 is 17.8 I was given a discount per ounce of 9 dollars instead of 20%. Which means I was overcharged 8.8 dollars PER OUNCE Which comes out to 70.4 When I was on the phone with the lady I estimated it roughly to be between 70 and 72 dollars. I was pretty close.

BUT you also have to remember every dollar I was over charged, I also paid 16% tax on which brings that total to 81.66

I didn't even bring up the tax on the phone, because I again, didn't wanna sound like a pain in the butt, I love shopping here. I was also over charged on some carts, but I can't be bothered explaining the math over $7, so I'm just not going to include that to keep things simple.

But yea overcharged 81.66, got back 50 in reward points. I'm down bad $31.66 and a just a bad experience the way it was handled. I shop here pretty often and every time I do, I spend a considerable amount of money, I just expected to be treated...
