JARS Cannabis - New Buffalo Exit 1 — Local services in New Buffalo Township

Wow! My experience was beyond any of my expectations. Jars is the best dispo on the exit 1 strip. My budtender asked that I be sure to mention my experience of this store and I can't wait to.

When I first walked through the front door I was greeted by the most wonderful reception team. They got me all signed up, let me know about the deals and we're happy to keep me company for my short wait time

Quickly I was called back to shop with my own budtender (don't worry I'm going to get to him!). When you step in EVERY item is on display, and displayed well. Everything looks clean, the prices were out of this world, and best of all the vibe was incredible. I must have been greeted with a smile by every employee in the establishment.

BUT PLEASE! ANYONE READING THIS, I HAVE TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY BUDTENDER, !!!! ANTHONY S. !!!!.

This guy is the real secret to my experience. He was so knowledgeable of any and all products, wether it be prices and deals or just basic information on the product( I even tried testing him a little lmao). He nailed it on all fronts. Never at any point did I feel hurried or pushed into a upsale. I did spend more than I had planned and I couldn't be happier about it.

Anthony was even able to assist other tenders without dropping his conversation with me. It was incredible. He got me set, rang up and double checked my order with me quick and friendly. First, I’d like to say that this was my very first time in the store. I would have loved to give this store 5 stars because of the selection, the process, the Manager Blaize and another associate Nick H. however the reason I can’t and didn’t was because of my budtender Christian B. As a first timer, I’m new to the process and at first it was great and everything was going fine, until it came time to checkout and leave. I had my order and paid the bill he told me (without showing me anything before hand) and then I went back out to the front area to wait on a friend. While waiting on my friend I was looking over the receipt and I had to have the manager explain the charges on my receipt to me because it didn’t look right, only to find out I was over charged. That was fixed in the store, by Blaize and he even gave me a freebie for the inconvenience (which he didn’t have too) before leaving and traveling 3.5 hours back home. However, once arriving home and opening my package that was still stapled shut from the time of leaving this location 3.5 hours earlier, I find that I’m missing items that I was charged for but aren’t in the bag. I’ll be back again at some point, but I won’t be using Christian again and I’ll be asking to see the transaction and itemized screen before I pay. I was so excited to come in, shop, drive home and to open my bag of goodies, only to be disappointed that I was charged for items I didn’t have in the bag after all. I’ll come back again, but I’ll be cautious...

Placed a online order before they opened, this was on 4/19. Never got a confirmation from the store, so I called. Lady said everything was good, they had my order and just come whenever and be patient. So I did, waited in line for 3.5hr, I get in the store, they tell me my order is ready send me to the back, where I gotta wait in line for another 45 min, BECAUSE THEY ARE LETTING PEOPLE DO MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS SO THEY CAN SELL OVER THE LIMIT. finally after waiting over 4hr the girl tells me they don't pull online until you are at the counter and they don't have what I ordered. Said sorry, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I asked if there is anything they can do since I ordered 710 persy and they had some close friends, she said no it's full price. They had clown guards outside with 12gauge assault shotguns (saiga12) that have 0 training someone is going to get killed going here, you can tell by the way the barrel was constantly pointed at people hand constantly near trigger (I'm ex military) I'll never go here again, this was after my last horrible experience decided to give them one last try since supposedly they stopped selling warm skunked rosin smfh worse dispensary in New...
