As a business owner a couple things always stick out to me, cleanliness of the facility, customer service , and competitive pricing. With out a doubt this is the cleanest and most organized dispensary in all of new buffalo . Customer service every single bud tender has been knowledgeable on products and deals. Every bud tender has a positive attitude and extremely helpful when being taken care of. And when it comes to prices and deals no other dispensary cares to give out the quality for such a low price like timber. Every other dispensary sells cheap outdoor and terrible quality flower. Literally from the cheapest flower to the top tier flowers is all quality at timber. I would like to make a special shoutout to Brandy and Dayle both are my favorite bud tenders at timber. Both extremely knowledgeable on products, brands , cultivation, deals , competition and have made my experience at timber unforgettable. I donât shop anywhere just bcuz of both of them. Really great people at timber and a great team who will help lead you in the right direction with product choice. I also like to specially shout brandy and dayle out bcuz you can see and hear the passion they have when helping out customers. I highly recommend coming to timber to shop.    Read moreIn person ordering is fine. Online ordering is a mission. I ordered online about a week ago and had my lady pick it up. The pickup time was between 8:30-9 (keep in mind they close at 9). My lady got there about quarter to 9 and they told her that she couldnât pick up the order because it was in my name. She then asked for the WiFi password so she could contact me and place the order under her name. When she asked for the WiFi password she was told âitâs not for customersâ even tho the label for the WiFi is literally âTimber Guestâ. After all that she decided to just order in person and was declined the option due to âclosing soonâ.
Today my lady placed an online order. The 1st attempt to order did not give us a confirmation notification as it usually does. Due to not getting a confirmation notification, she placed a 2nd order that was slightly cheaper than the 1st. Upon pickup, the orders were combined into 1. When trying to explain what happened and trying to cancel the 1st order and proceed with the 2nd a lot of confusion set in. My lady then had to replace her order in person from scratch. The whole point in ordering online is to eliminate waiting time. If there was confusion with the order a phone call would have been nice to clear the confusion Instead of taking it upon themselves to create more of an issue.    Read moreNo star rating. Visited Timber on 4/20 New Buffalo Mi location and talked to the head guy about buying bulk and was quoted a certain price. Was told to come back next day to get BOGO sale. Went next day went through the whole process was told to come back in an hour. Came back I had already paid and product was ready to go until a manager named Kaitlin stepped in and refused to honor the pricing because she couldnât figure out the math and how to make it work with their system. Another Budtender gave the same deal to another customer while we were there and told Kaitlin yet she would not allow us to get the same deal smdh She had a whole attitude toward the employee which spilled over to us as customers. At the end of the day, the quote was not honored by the store and we asked for a refund. This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at any dispensary in Michigan! Kaitlin the manager was rude, lacks the skills to manage and lead a team, and should NOT be interacting with customers when clearly, customer service is not her forte. We will NEVER visit this establishment again and I âhighlyâ suggest you not waste your time doing so either!...
