Louisiana had great customer service very friendly and knowledgable! She helped me find exactly what I needed!!! Even recommended a energy drink to help me along life"s pathway, She was kind enough to do all this even though I interrupted her lunch break! She deserves a big fat raise!!! "You know what I'm sayin" Whew! a breath of fresh air! A store where you don't have to wear a mask!!! It only makes sense, why would you wear a potential cancer causing completely useless face diaper at a organic...

The store is clean and usually well stocked. However, customer service leaves alot to be desired. The 2 "English Ladies" are the nicest people in the store. The young Mennonite girl can be really rude. I have been in line at the checkout counter with 4-5 people waiting and she will walk by and ignore everyone. She does not focus on the customer at all. I have been going to this store for years and I am about ready to not go back. If it wasn't for the "English Ladies", I would NOT go...

Does not allow returns by credit card like regular stores, on top of an unpleasant cashier and manager.

Receipts are mislaid far too often soon after a purchase, especially a minor one. Most stores just ask you to swipe your card, see you transaction history, see that the transaction happened within the return period, and accept the return without the buyer needing to have the receipt. Sadly, this store does not. Worst case, they should at least offer...
