When we bought our house about 4 years ago, our a/c unit immediately went out, in the middle of the summer. My husband’s grandparents recommended Southwestern after using them for years. They immediately came out , gave a free in-depth estimate that we were happy with, they were professional, timely and knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and recommended a larger unit to accommodate our needs, ( and they were exactly right, it cools our 3000+sq ft home to 65 all summer!) We went with them and they installed our new a/c unit. They came out within days, poured a new base and installed the unit in one day. The price due after completion was exactly the amount estimated. We couldn’t have been happier with their service. We’ve had them maintain our a/c since installation and it’s ran almost perfectly! Any hiccup we had was quickly fixed. I highly recommend them if you need A/C work! We’ve also used them to repair/maintain our furnace for the last 4 years. They were always quick to come out and do anything to fix the issue to get us heat. This year our furnace turned 18 and went out. We had them come out for a free, thorough estimate ( which was not easy given our home is zoned and has multiple dampers to be found). John was great like always, very professional, timely and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs / wants/ dislikes of our situation and old furnace. He gave us his recommendation as well as a less expensive option. After a day to compare and research further We went with his recommendation and got the new Bryant home evolution furnace with modulating dampers and touchscreen thermostat. We also had the UV light air sanitation/ filtering system installed. Our home was already “zoned” allowing us to individually heat/cool sections of our home independently and the Bryant evolution fit our needs perfectly! Due to the shipping issues we’re all aware of it took about a week to fully install our furnace system(minus2smallparts) due to having to wait on parts but they did their best given the situation. We mostly dealt with technician Will C. (you get a text message prior to their arrival with the name/picture of the tech coming). He was timely and professional as well as highly knowledgeable on both our old furnace and new. He walked me through start to finish, answered all questions during the process. He showed me all the workings of our new furnace as well as the new touch screen thermostat and accompanied app that allows us to monitor/adjust all zones and temps in the house as well as find error codes/faults and I can link my furnace to them to monitor and diagnose. They were overall great in all aspects. I highly recommend them and we signed up for a membership with them that provides discounts as well as automatic maintenance on our furnace and a/c so we have one less thing to worry about. The units and brands they use have been amazing, our homes air smells and feels so much cleaner and fresher with the sanitizer/filter system and our homes is warmer than ever yet using WAY less energy! Thank God I called the Southwestern Ohio Heating and Air Conditioning company! Wanda was so kind and compassionate. She voluntarily looked up the model and serial numbers of my heating unit and we discovered that it was still under warranty! When their heating/air technician, Tyler, arrived, he instantly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 45 minutes! I was really surprised how low the service charge was! I've had nothing but excellent service from everyone I've interacted with at this company. Wanda returned my call first thing this morning & Tyler was here to check my furnace by 8:30! He gave me a repair quote, advised that the furnace is very old & it may not be worth putting that amount of money into it, but did not pressure me to buy a new furnace.
