Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Lebanon

Pretty disappointed in this location. Even after emailng Taco Bell, I still have not been satisfied. The emails they sent back included them saying they will use the visual images for review and training of their employees. Like how does that help your unsatisfied customer? I didn’t get all the ingredients on my cheesy Gordita crunch and the sauce I had to pay extra for was barely present. The person in the Taco Bell email stated I could come in and receive a new sauce. What good does that do if my food isn’t even right. My 5 layer burrito soft shell was hard on the edges and gross. I had to add my own sour cream to make it edible. My Gordita crunch didn’t have cheese or lettuce, just meat and chipotle ranch, which was disgusting. Save your hard earned money for any other place in new Lebanon. They do not care if your food is good or even correct. I hope management will be able to “learn” for their “training”...

Taco Bell is our family’s go to fast food, always the first choice. We’ve frequent all the local Taco Bell’s and we can confidently say this location is top notch! We’ve done mobile and drive through/DoorDash , we’ve had ZERO order problems. That never happens , never , all other local fast food either forget food/give wrong order/ don’t follow modifications EVERY TIME . The workers/managers here know how to run a business, the wait times are minimal, the food is always fresh and just as you ordered it. On top of that , I’ve yet to encounter a rude/obviously unhappy employee which makes the experience even better! Keep up the great work, Taco Bell lovers...

I normally do NOT write reviews at all, especially bad ones, but this place deserves one. I ordered 6 cheese roll-ups, that wasn’t cooked all the way through, and barely had cheese on it. I also got a steak grilled cheese burrito that had all the sauce on one side of it instead of the entire thing, and I got a steak quesadilla that also wasn’t cooked all the way through. Also, the first few times I came here, I waited 15 mins without being waited on. I could see their screen and they had nothing on it. When they finally served me, they gave me a rude attitude...
