I had a very unfortunate situation and I would like to share my experience. My girlfriend got a haircut at Gracefully Restored and asked the hairdresser for a shorter haircut and showed a picture of what she was looking for (attached picture) and this is what she ended up with (attached picture). After the hairdresser realized her mistake she said she was going to stop cutting and that she was not going to be charged for the haircut. I spoke to one of the owners and explained and showed pictures of the situation and was told, that is not the haircut she should of got that the hairdresser was inexperienced and said she could come back in and make it shorter to fix the situation. No apologies or empathy for the situation. I understand mistakes happen and if it was a small mistake I believe no review would have been necessary but this was no small mistake. She informed me that she was tired from the night before, staying up late, waiting for her friends to be let go from the cops. She proceeded to tell me that she smoked Marijuana, without a medical card. I'm not sure if she is intoxicated on the job, but by the looks of my cut and the amount she took off, I would assume that had something to play. Very unprofessional in the workplace. She told me that her mom was one of the owners, which I assume is why they were unable to fix the situation, offer services to help restore my hair and help it grow, and the stylist still works there. Read moreI am highly disappointed with today. I made an appointment for myself, my mom, and my sister to get our eyebrows waxed. I talked so highly about my previous experience with this salon that they were extremely excited. Our appointment was 4:10. We arrived at 4:00pm. Supposedly the girl that was scheduled to wax us was running 20 minutes late. We sat there for 40 minutes with no acknowledgment or apologies for the wait. In fact one of the staff members was like no I’m busy as she stood there talking to her clients. My sister was like, “Is it because we’re not regulars?” When we went to leave because of basically being forgotten about the lady that checked us in didn’t even as much as say goodbye or I’m sorry. What a horrible way to treat clients. Three eyebrow waxes are worth $36 which could have been done in 10 minutes. At least a phone call with an apology would...
