Harvey's Appliances — Local services in New Milford

I am so lucky that I finally found Harvey's appliances after the rejection from Best Buy, Costco and another local appliance company. Those companies complained 2 things: I live in 3rd floor without elevator; The washer and dryer room has very limited space and the venting pipes blocked them to be removed. I was hopeless and Harvey is my last try. It turned out that they are absolutely different from other home appliance companies since they provided me the customized solution. They took apart those pipes temporarily and successfully removed the old one and installed the new one. Then they put the pipes back perfectly. The whole project took the team 4 hours because they really care about details and the quality of their work. They are absolutely my life saver! I love this man, I bought a dishwasher from affordable appliances Rte 17 N. and had nothing but trouble from day 1. I called and called for someone to come and see what the trouble was (it kept filling up with foul water) and they insisted there was no problem with the dishwasher. Went to Harveys to buy a new one, was so fed up with this one, and Pat told me He wanted to check it first. Staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Our dryer died and we needed a new one, through all the options the staff helped with pros and cons, usage, and warranty for several models before we chose one (which has turned out awesome). They were great with having us check the size limitations of the house. Harvey's delivered the dryer within the week and removed the old one for a flat fee. We also looked at air conditioners and the staff was able to confirm our current models were appropriate for the house and the rooms they were in.
