DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Save your money and your hair. I would give zero stars if I could.

I spent $440 at this salon with a stylist named Lili. I was a new client, and this was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at a salon.

I asked for a money piece that started an inch down from my root. She ignored my request entirely and started at the root, giving me a harsh look I NEVER asked for. I also asked her to cut my extensions to help them blend. Instead, she took it upon herself to cut my real hair without even asking. The result? The front pieces are now way too short and truly don't blend as well.

I texted her the very next day, calmly and respectfully, letting her know I wasn’t happy with the result and that the money pieces were way too harsh. Instead of asking me to come in and offering to fix it she told me not to come back to the salon. That’s the level of "professionalism" we’re dealing with. I've never been treated like this.

This isn’t just bad service. It’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright disgusting behavior from someone entrusted with your hair. She showed zero accountability, no care for client satisfaction, and took liberties with my hair I never consented to.

Amazing!!! I just got a glaze , hair cut and blow out by Lili and I am so happy with the end results. I have to start out by saying Lili was amazing at accommodating my crazy work schedule and booked me right away stayed late for me. You can tell she knows what’s she’s doing and takes pride in her work. First time going to Iera and for a color correction. She did a fantastic job & I am Very Happy with the results! A month ago I did a demi at home and it came out Very dark. I then did a color remover with no results. I was referred to Iera by a friend (bc I loved her hair) and I could not be happier. She listens carefully and was very thorough with the options.
