When I first met Eldridge and his dad, they struck me as low-key (which they are) and I therefore assumed they'd be slow to get things done. My bad.

They installed security cameras for my house, moved a high-def TV to a new location and configured it, installed a new 4K Curved Samsung TV, and updated my Harmony remotes.

Eldridge (the younger Bruno) is a thoughtful, resourceful, determined, industrious problem solver. He's also super-efficient in a low key way, as in "you see the duck moving quickly through the water because you can't see its feet furiously paddling below the surface."

Also important: they are unflappably courteous. I asked them if the security camera recorder could be moved, and they did it without missing a beat even though it meant they had to redo some tricky work that they had just painstakingly finished. Most service folks would at least balk, and many would grimace or signal displeasure.

I asked Eldridge a lot of questions about technology while he was working (they had to do the work in two different sessions). He clearly strives to know as much as possible about all different types of technology, and he's super efficient at taking digital notes on his smartphone, which is one sign of his supreme organizational skills.

The Brunos are great people who do exceptional work, and are a joy to have around. Their fee was shockingly reasonable (given how much they did, and how efficiently and well they did it). They showed up on time, and worked hard every minute they were in my house. In short, they went the extra mile at every stage. I not only heartily recommend them, I'm going to reuse them myself soon because I trust them to help me sort out any tech issue that I have in my house from here on out.

I had a hard wired security camera that couldn't decide whether it was going to send a feed to the NVR or not. I made an appointment with Eldridge to come to the house and troubleshoot the camera problem. He arrived within the timeframe promised and patiently listened to me describe the symptoms of the problem. After about 15 minutes he found what was causing the problem. The camera was working great but the cable had been nicked (probably during the original installation) and was now causing a short in the line. He ran a new wire and everything is still working great a week later. After the work was done, Eldridge took the time to show my wife how she could use more of the options on the security camera phone app. I talked with him about some of the new wireless camera options out on the market and plan to have him install several, once I decide on which...

Eldridge Bruno and his team (which includes his dad), were terrific. They finished the project on time and on budget. There were a couple of hiccups in the installation of our security equipment, but they diagnosed the project and determined what needed to be done and then did it. If a job goes perfectly it's easy to say they were great, but a true professional shines when challenges arise and they deal with them without breaking stride.
