Burger Orleans — Restaurant in New Orleans

The Asian lady at the counter is very rude and a thief. I gave her $20 she gave me 50 cents back in change which was supposed to be $10.50. I bought a cheese burger and onion rings and my total was $9.50. She claims that I gave her $10 when I promise on everything I love I gave her a $20. I asked her to run the cameras back she said the cameras don't work which doesn't make since considering you running a business and if anything happens you can't account for anything that happens. I requested this restaurant to be investigated because that's the lowest thing for a business worker to steal from a customer. I would not support these people. They are thieves and don't care about people. I personally would like to talk to the owner about how business is being conducted here. That lady got me out of $10 and the camera would have caught that I put a $20 on the counter. I hope everyone sees this. I've been eating here for years and it's disappointing that I've been supporting these people with my hard earned money just to be treated like trash as a customer. Also someone in a professional field should investigate them because they have some fishy things going on for their cameras...

Honestly I could have went to the Eastside and got better food instead of catching the bus just for my food to be messed up I ordered a hot sausage on bun combo large and chicken plate with fries my chicken plate came with 10 fries on there and when I told the lady she started saying something in another language as if she was fussing or cursing me out in her language, the hot sausage sandwich that was suppose to be a combo didn’t get rung up as a combo because she was so busy no listening and hearing what she wanted to hear because we were the only ones in here at the time needing to be served so I just received a burger and drink which was the same price as the combo but the thing with me is how y’all don’t wanna refund or fix a order when the mistake is on your end. They had a steady stream of customers & quite a few "regulars", which was the most impressive thing about this little out-of-the-way spot. The food & the selection was decent. Greatful to have found this place, as I had a couple of hrs of 'down time' to kill in btwn the doctor's office, shopping and going to the library, this spot was a nice place to get out of the rain of a sudden downpour, or the debilitating heat of just a few minutes before.
