Needs better customer service even if you call and have an appointment they’re not going to be seen at that time. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours before they started then had to watch the ladies baby that was doing my hair so unprofessional for the price that she was asking was definitely not OK considering no one was there to do my hair on time at the time I had booked then you can tell that they were talking disrespectful about me and the other black women that were in there they speak in their language and be disrespectful like I told her you don’t know what language I speak is very rude and uncalled for been going to this place for a very long time. They need to do better and make sure you have a babysitter for you guises kids because that’s not our job as the client to watch your kid and if so, then you better be sure to know that you won’t be getting a price you ask for because I have to babysit your child conduct your business in a professional mannerism and treat your client with respect only one person in there barely spoke English appointment was in the morning and didn’t leave out there till almost 5 in the evening for something so simple they wanna braid your hair extra tight when you don’t do my hair tight can be a little bit more cleaner as well. I set up an appointment for my wife back at home we were flying into New Orleans and I wanted to surprise my beautiful Dominican queen by getting her hair did and braided. Our car service was delayed and I kept in constant communication with the lady from the establishment, she was very kind to understand so I greatly appreciated that. I have an open personality when we first walked in the (3) Ladies were sitting on the sofa it felt a bit awkward because that's not what I expected. No greeting or nothing At any rate I started talking to one of the ladies I introduced myself and still no reactions lol. My wife was very excited to get her hair did so we overlooked the ambiance. if I may they need to fix a lot and paint a lot. The place looks like it's falling apart. Besides that which can be a big overlook to stay, these women treated my wife's hair amazingly. They took their time and made sure it was perfect, so much that I went and took a nap in the car haha. I still gave them a 5-star for the 5-star hair treatment. As another note, they should also sell their own spray and moose and not send clients to a hair place so they can bank that portion of the hair service...just my side note. Get that...

So I decided to come here based on the reviews. Prior to my appointment I texted and talk to her about the style I wanted which was Goddess Box Braids. I sent her photos and she told me ahw could do it. I arrive at the shop for my 12pm appointment. I showed the ladies who were doing my hair the photos as well and they said they could do it as well. They started on my hair and k asked when would they be adding the curly hair throughout the braid. She told me she would be only adding it at the end, I told her that's not how it was on the picture I showed her. She asked to show her a video I did, she told me she couldn't do it. I asked if anyone else in the shop could she said no. They called Raphine/ the owner,she didn't offer to come or anything they just said they couldn't do it. I sent the owner a text to let her know that I was disappointed that she couldn't do the service, even after she said she could. I told her how I took out my previous style thinking that I would be getting my braids in today. I sent this text over 2 hours ago and she has yet to respond.
