This my experience w this store. I paid in advance like $1,400 for a set that was in back order because I was told that furniture will be in next month The first two pieces arrived like 4 months after I paid and a few phone calls I called again and again until they gave a managers name. If course Im upset i been waiting 6 months plus for the remaining two pieces of furniture Managers called and leave a massage that I will have a $150 credit at the store and if I had any doubt to call back. I did not had doubt so I didnt called They called three weeks later to let me know furniture was available and to set an appointment. So we set up an appointment and I ask about tye credit. Whomever talked to me was clueless so they put on the manager. So I explain the Manager (yes u know who u are). And she is like I did not offered anything, who told u that? And I said well I got a recording so she followed w a who authorized to record anybody (neitherless to say RUDE!).. so i was like well thats what voicemails are for 😒 So she say well pass by the store and show me the voice mail and bang the phone So I go to the store cause hey I am a minority but I also serve my country so people do have more respect for me when am in Uniform. So after looking around to see were to spend my credit I ask to talk to her. When she finally address me it was a miracle she got her memory back 😒... so off I go w my spent credit and waiting like an hr and a half to sign the papers she was preparing which by the way papers had a note that said costumer was piss off . Delivery day was last Friday so I spent my whole working day because they dont give u an hr. And guess what they did not showed up neither do they called!! 😖Which I think is super disrespectful to peoples time!!!
So here I am still missing 2 pieces of furniture that I paid back in November 2016 . I will NOT recommend this place to anyone not even my enemy. Prefer to shop online as I dont have to wait forever and have better prices and...
Read moreWent in on February 19th to purchase a bedroom set for my daughter. During transaction, i was informed that only the bed was in stock and would be delivered the following Tuesday. The remaining pieces would be in stock within 2 weeks and shipped the following day. When the bed was delivered, pieces were missing. I had to call and complain. I received a store credit. The workers came back 2 days later with necessary pieces. However, the post were damaged and could not be assembled. I had to call and complain AGAIN. I also received another credit. We had to wait 2 more days for them to finally put the bed together. Fast forward to yesterday. I called to inquire about the remaining pieces. The CSR said the furniture is in and that the delivery dept. would contact me to set up a time before the end of business day. At 5:30 i realized no one contacted me so i reached out to them. The young lady answering the phone said i can't have my things delivered until the end of the month because "it's tax time" and they're backed up. I sais although i been purchased my items weeks ago, i have to wait until its convenient for the workers? She said exactly. I've already been inconvenienced with the bed situation, now this. My attempts to speak with the regional President and corporate manager have been unsuccessful because the workers refuse to supply valid contact information. Every time i call the number given, an answering machine picks up. I've left several messages but haven't received a call back. I googled the 800 number and was told they would contact the regional President(same lady I've called numerous times but have yet to receive a call back) and get back with me in a few. Read moreI was misinformed about the delivery. I was under the impression that they would take the old furniture out & put the new stuff in. However, upon arrival, I was told that is against company policy. So I move the furniture BY MYSELF to clear the space & they had just closed the door on the truck. I said, hey, I moved the furniture. They said “you’re gonna have to reschedule”. When I called the company, they said that they couldn’t ask the drivers who JUST LEFT to come back. They said they have other deliveries to make. Well mine was originally scheduled for 6:45 pm so clearly they had some cancellations & yet they couldn’t have them come back out. They said the drivers shouldn’t have to wait. I said, it took less than 5 minutes! If they had continued unpacking this would not be an issue but instead, they chose to leave without telling me a thing. I took off work to make time for this. Horrible customer service.
The paperwork says to make sure the path is cleared. The path was clear. Perhaps you should word your policy better. & for the time it took me to accommodate the delivery guys, they could’ve spent that time unwrapping furniture. 5 minutes is not a big deal. The driver was very rude. They just didn’t want to do the work. Also, Jeff rescheduled my delivery for first thing this morning (3 days after the initial delivery) & assured me I would be the very first stop at 9 am. Yet it is 11:20 am & no furniture. No call. No nothing. I’m very disappointed. The only good service I got was from Liz Duhe. I don’t know who hires or train your delivery guys but you should look into that. What they handled the situation...
