I messaged Cole through Facebook marketplace with interest in a laptop he had for sale. I was in search of a gaming laptop for it's performance. I also was looking to upgrade/repair my desktop PC. I figured I knew a decent amount on computers and about what I needed it. Cole worked with me and asked what I was looking to do, what types of files and sizes, and how much I wanted to invest. He found me an excellent HP laptop with 32gb ram, 2tb ssd harddrive, and Nvidia rtx 2050 graphics card. He educated me on how this would be a much better option than the other older one I was looking into. He checked out my older desktop, repaired it, and I actually was blown away with another desktop he had in stock and bought another one. Cole runs an excellent honest business. Cole was excellent to work with, a true professional. After I purchased an Apple laptop from him, it had a couple of issues of which he had not been aware. I brought them to his attention right away. When the problems could not be resolved by cleaning, etc. he got to work on finding an equivalent replacement. Obtaining that replacement involved quite a bit of time, effort & travel. He communicated every step of the way. He took responsibility for the original laptop not being in the condition he expected. Additionally when circumstances were such that I could not go back & forth to his location for the swap, he traveled to me. Met with this gentleman today and bought a rig that he had pre-built. I got exactly what I was looking for for a good price. The rig I bought from him does everything I needed to do and more. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a gaming PC or gaming laptop to check this guy out.
