BUYER BEWARE!!! My daughter wanted a beanie she had seen in a boutique Las winter. She went to see if it was there this year, the store had sold, and the new one didn't have it. She went on line, where it was more expensive than the boutique, so she talked me into buying it. We were shopping at Wal Mart, and there was an identical beanie for $5.00 minus the logotag. I had spent $21+ on the Cheeky sight. We called, she told the costumer service rep, that it hadn't been shipped and she wanted a refund. The woman said, she was sorry to hear she wasn't satisfied with her purchase, asked if there was anything they could apply that money too? My daughter said, No. The beanie was their only item she liked. The woman said we'll refund your money. Then she said, can I put you on hold for a moment, she said she was new, and needed to get someone to help her with the refund. She comes back and says, "I'm sorry, I was told we don't give refunds." Then I jumped in the conversation! I said you Just said that you WOULD give us a REFUND! She said she was sorry. I asked for the manager. A woman did not care that her employee said we would receive a Refund! She essentially said (My words not hers) SUCK IT! I then told her, I'd make it my mission to blast my CRAPPY Experiance! I truly don't know where to start, First let's talk about The owners/Staff who are exceptional people and provide sincere and personable customer service to each of their customers. They are one of a kind and truly amazing! I cannot say enough about their customer service. Jessica, Julie, Audrey, Boss man, Addy, Winter, Trisha, and so so many more. I wish I could add them all! They are Very friendly, helpful and so so much fun! They are more than just the owners/Staff of cheeky's they are a tribe! A wonderful tribe there for everyone no matter what it's for even if you had a bad day and might just need someone to talk to! They have created a beautiful thing. I paid for the two day shipping and there was no notice that they were taking three days off during the Christmas season. I wouldn't have placed an order had i known that. Maybe post it on your website? I had to email to find out where my order was and it hadn't even been shipped. I ordered on the 20th and received an email reply that "we ask for 3-5 days". Whats the point of offering two day shipping and taking peoples money for it, when you don't actually do it? At the end i finally received my order on the 28th. There were four business days last week. You didn't let anyone know that our orders wouldn't be fulfilled in the business days that the company took off. I asked for a store credit/refund on the two day shipping I had paid extra for and they refused....
