Valley Family Health Care — Local services in New Plymouth

Horrible service!!!!! I looked on google to find hours of operation and made arrangements at work to get there well before closing time. I went home and got my 3 year old daughter who has a fever and proceeded to the clinic that closes at 6 pm, and arrived at about 4:20. The receptionist starts asking the check in questions and after about 2-3 minutes tells me that the provider is leaving for the day. So I now have to travel 30 mins away to a different clinic and arrive almost right when they close. Very sad to me that they would turn away a sick little girl who has a fever. Needless to say I will drive to a further clinic from now on and be sure to share my experience amongst my friends. VERY...

Incompetent and unprofessional. Last time I was there they kept me waiting for a full hour in the exam room (even tho I got there 20 minutes early bc I respect the clinics time). In the meantime, the employees were running and laughing up and down the hall having a grand old time. I finally had enough and left. Didn't make a scene, just told the receptionist that I was waiting for an hour to see the doctor and I'm leaving. I called the office in Payette and complained. He apologized (head manager). Dr.Sweet is a good physician. This clinic is not a great clinic. Everyone has off days and I'm assuming we just got a nurse with an off day. If you have mobility issues don't go here. We requested a wheelchair and there wasn't one available. The bathrooms lighting is very dim and unsafe, staff is aware of it so maybe it will be fixed? We won't be returning to New Plymouth location. Sticking with Payette only because of Dr. Sweet, otherwise I would change...
