If it seems strange to say going to the dentist was a wonderful experience, so be it. I came in in pain and left with none. I was an out of town stranger with no insurance, but was treated like royalty. I was given a tour, made comfortable with choosing a favorite TV show with headphones to distract me from the could have been a miserable procedure. Dr. Robb was very easy to talk to and took a little time to get to know me. He was able to diagnose my unusual problem quickly and in less than an hour I was on my way with a pen, chapstick, more goodies and some quality chocolate! The staff was so friendly and helpful and respectful as well. The office staff did everything they could to find me discounts so my cost was as low as possible and I had thought it extremely reasonable to start with! Let's just say that I'm considering an implant and am even considering travelling all the way to Idaho (9 hour drive) to let Trademark Dental do it. Having had implants before and doing it in stages getting my implant one place and my crown another Trademark Dental has the facilities to do both in...
Read moreI have had the same dentist for over 20 years, so when I broke a tooth this week and needed a crown, I seriously considered flying back to Medford to have him fix me! But since we have moved here, I knew it would be time for a change and Dr. Robb came with great recommendations. I still didn’t expect him to be as good as my dentist/friend from back in Medford, but he was AMAZING!!! I was so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff from the first phone call of desperation to get a quick appointment for a new patient to the incredible treatment I received in the office! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and quick to assess and fix my broken tooth, cavity and crown with no pain and all done within an hour! Wow!!! I highly recommend Dr. Robb as a fabulous dentist who works in an office filled with high tech equipment and a very kind and helpful staff! Thanks for fixing me and for letting me have a new dentist in...
Read moreWhen you post that you want a patient to have an exceptional experience, please try and be more precise. Clarify if it means exceptionally horrific. If a patient tells you they are scared and have sensitive teeth, asks for gas , then don’t ignore them, barely numb their mouth and then proceed to pulling a tooth. Not to mention tell the patient how they are your worst patient and being a big baby. This is just unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s this kind of behavior that makes people avoid going to the dentist all together. Exceptional is a word of many meanings, and you have proven it. If a patient tells you they are in pain, listen to them. Don’t just keep pulling and drilling while belittling them. The bottom line is , do better, listen more and be...
