I'll give one star for the amount of selection they have, but DO NOT purchase any appliance from this company any time soon, if at all. Like many others in the area, we needed a new stove. We walked in and were immediately assisted. They had the exact model we were looking for and at a great price. I said I would be back later with my parents, as they were in need of a stove and dryer and we were so happy to have found affordable options. I held the door open while the stove was wheeled out, and as it was on the hand truck it was POURING water out of it. "They must not have drained it after they cleaned it" was the excuse given once he realized I was second guessing our purchase. Against my gut instinct, I allowed him to load it up, still steadily leaving water. My fiancé did go back in before leaving and said hey we are pretty concerned this is salt water. He assured us it was from being cleaned and we left. Upon arriving home we saw how much water was in the bed of our truck and ended up tasting it and wouldn't you know it? SALT WATER. We never even unloaded the thing. Called the store back and said we were returning it and was told of course no problem. Refund was processed before we even got there. This stove was and is, without a doubt in my mind, flooded from the recent hurricanes. It is absolutely appalling to me that he would see a young family come in, infant on my hip, and STILL complete the sale of something that could have seriously compromised the safety of my home and my children. What a complete lack of integrity and horrific judgement call for your business. To know people are in major need right now and take advantage of that impossibly difficult to understand. So, if you're still wondering, I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last appliance company in town. UPDATE 10/15/24 - I have uploaded the photos posted by your company 16 weeks ago on social media advertising the stove. If it wasn't ready to sell yet from "cleaning", why was it listed for sale? It took the stove 4 months to dry out? If you're going to be a liar, don't be a bad one.

So I called twice, the first time I called explaining that the dryer was not drying the clothes thoroughly the gentleman said that I'll need to bring the dryer back and I asked him can't you send a technician to take a look at it, He basically told me that he doesn't want to have a guy sit out here and wait for clothes to get dry understandable but he also explained to me that maybe the dryer duck was clogged. So I went ahead and had the dryer duck cleaned out and replaced the tube to the back of the dryer and it seems to be working fine. So 2 week and 2 days later after 15th day mark ends "with everything covered" and still the same issue and I called again same reply as before. What part of the warranty do they actually cover. Why can't you send someone out to have the electrical components checked out or is it because I picked it up myself to avoid the delivery cost and installation fee that you won't send anyone out to look at it. There the warranty is a joke and I'm sure the amount you would charge to have repairs done would be ridiculous and that you guys just run a business money to screw people over. Thank you I'll fix myself!

DO NOT HIRE. Bought a fridge from this company. I payed to have it delivered. They wanted to leave it on my porch and said it would be EXTRA to bring it inside. My wife was there with the kids, I was working so we reluctantly paid the extra $20. He then moved our old fridge in front of the door my dog was in, so my wife had to push the fridge after he left to get the dog out. He then installed the new one half way (claimed he couldn't push it any more, instead of seeing why, he just left it) When my wife asked him to take the old fridge and just put it on the front porch while the front door was ALREADY off the hinges and they had a dolly in their hands, the OWNER said they don't have time to do that. Even though we paid for it. Literally every company I've ever worked with in the past has removed the old appliance, at the very least to the porch. I can see that in other poor reviews the owner denies accountability and does not apologize, so I do not expect either from them. I will never purchase anything from Bayshore again and I will make sure no one know does.

DO NOT HIRE. Bought a fridge from this company. I payed to have it delivered. They wanted to leave it on my porch and said it would be EXTRA to bring it inside. My wife was there with the kids, I was working so we reluctantly paid the extra $20. He then moved our old fridge in front of the door my dog was in, so my wife had to push the fridge after he left to get the dog out. He then installed the new one half way (claimed he couldn't push it any more, instead of seeing why, he just left it) When my wife asked him to take the old fridge and just put it on the front porch while the front door was ALREADY off the hinges and they had a dolly in their hands, the OWNER said they don't have time to do that. Even though we paid for it. Literally every company I've ever worked with in the past has removed the old appliance, at the very least to the porch. I visited the store to purchase a refrigerator. Took a look around and asked the guy about the product Information on a particular unit he had for sale and he stated that he didn't have any with an attitude. Why would a customer want to know the size and dimensions of an appliance, go figure. How do you sell an item that you have no Information on. And if you do not have any information why not try to look it up by the model # or figure it out somehow to help the customer decide on whether the unit can fit in their kitchen properly so they can purchase it. They lost a sale because I needed a replacement refrigerator that same day and was going to pick it up. At any rate I went down the street and found my refrigerator from someone with adequate customer service skills.

Review additions after store response. It is not necessary to lie on a response to a review. My child held my hand the whole time while in your store and you never stated anything to me or my child. Any store I frequent always states how well mannered and behaved my child is. As a matter of fact the gentlemen that helped me with my purchase at another store stated it as well. And a persons race should never be raised. Period. Your deflect of poor customer service does not work here. I'm sure your well aware that No one requested hours on a refrigerator, the size(dimensions) it what is needed. Your response to the review Is highly ridiculous and you decided to be utterly dishonest instead of apologizing for your rude behavior. Thats Unfortunate. I will never and no one I know will ever grace your store with their presence. Average pricing. How they treat customers needs improvement. We purchased a washer/dryer set. On the first load, which may have been too large, the machine was way louder than normal. I contacted Bayshore the next day to express my concern, sent them a video of how the machine was acting, and they agreed to come back to pick up the machines to be repaired, if necessary. A day later he contacted us and told us no repairs were performed, there was nothing wrong with the machines, and he would be bringing them back to us the next day. I was not satisfied with this answer, as the washer sounded like it was laboring. Instead of explaining to me how the new HE machines work, he grew an attitude and became accusatory to both me and my girlfriend saying we don’t know how to do laundry
I‘ve been washing clothes since I was 12. I was not impressed with the poor customer service, so I requested a refund. His poor attitude increased and he then told me I was getting the machines back and all sales are final. He further explained that if I showed up at the store to collect a refund, he would call the police on me for trespassing. I am in customer service as well and I am trained to do whatever is needed to ensure the customer is happy or at least work towards a happy medium, not accuse my customers or threaten them.
