While I was there another customer had also noticed their price changes, he only asked the guy working "why his purchase was the price it was now when it use to be however much less it was before?" The person behind the counter was extremely rude about the man's question replying to him,"if you don't like it then you can get the hell out and go elsewhere!" Thinking we should have left right then and there, we stayed against our better judgement...when a few minutes later a girl comes inside extremely upset trying to explain to the other employee that she had noticed charges on her debit card and she wasn't allowed to finish,she wasn't even given a chance to saying anything further before being verbally accosted to the point that we were so uncomfortable that we were determined to leave and did so asap. we didn't purchase a thing and don't plan on ever returning back just on principle of what we witnessed.
And no there was no one disinfecting...

So I bought it over 100 dollars...It worked ONE time... Doesn't work at all now and the same orange blonde headed girl says they can't do anything... and besides that rude and disrespectful... and why you going to have a rude little girl working there and lieng to the Customers...very disappointed... I'll be in the store everyday until this matter is resolved... and she sure wouldn't give me the Manger name or a way to speak with whome is over the store... also why lie and say you know about the Product and then turn around when I come back to return it say that you didn't even know nothing about it at all... I didn't even give your story rating but it made me give one star just to post this but in all I would give 0 stores for the customer service of everything in the lying of your workers... this is in Tazewell... Walmart...
Read moreNormally I never complain I've always just smiled and went on about my business but when I pay for a vape near $100 when you check out they say keep your receipt if anything was to tear up or it doesn't work right whatever bring it back with your receipt within 30 days I have took my vape with the receipt back today will be my fourth time this month because it will not charge and all they do is keep saying it says it's charging.....wrong!!!!!! it is not and they replace my batteries I'm done getting my batteries replaced I will never buy anything from there again sorry Papa's Vape you had a loyal customer all I'm saying is why keep a receipt and say that s* if you ain't going to honor it so it's $100 down the drain sorry but not sorry...
