Verizon — Local services in New Tazewell

Be careful if you go here to change from one carrier to Verizon. Got completely locked out of my phone for good. The gentlemen threw away my Sims card to my old carrier before he even set the new one up with Verizon and did it incorrectly which led to me not being able to use my phone at all besides wifi. This has been a issue for serveral days. Also had to pay 2 seperate activation fees even though we shouldn't have been charged the first time because our phones never even worked after we left. they didn't work for several days and never will unless we purchase a Sims card again from our previous carrier. With a very helpful staff and a straight-forward and time efficient process, this was one of the best cellular experiences I've ever had.
