Been looking for decent Internet for while now. Found this on Thursday last week through a 3rd party, was lied to from the word go supposed to have been unlimited internet however it wasn't hence lied to from 3rd party and then the lying kept on going with T-Mobile. Supposed to have been plug and play however it was not plug and play. So much aggravation. So i cancelled 3 days in, then T-Mobile lying was u can take to store drop off. Get to store no we can't take it we can get labels box it and u take to UPS drop however the place that did ups drop no longer has it. So i go to drop box and wudnt u no it box wudnt fit in drop box. So i go back to store and say, T-Mobile said bring to store and the store is as far as I'm going. Yall are done lying to me. The most expensive option, I was told by the girl that it was my only option. They also added services to my plan I did not ask for, leading to a higher bill. I called customer service and was told once again the highest costing plan was my only option in order to keep my phone and service. After getting extremely fed up with the cost and confronting this store, the manager said that the highest costing plan wasnât my only option and he could lower my bill. I have been screwed over for months and struggling to pay a $111 bill, this company lies and only cares about the commission that benefits them, not caring that they are doing people wrong. I canât seem to get any person in the company that has the tools to help me with the mistakes they made! And I was really excited thinking that I would have a good national company to get internet finally. But I have been misled and the company is all about that. Thatâs the mistake I made. I didnât do my homework and read the reviews. I am so shocked and disappointed by how I am still being treated. I have been fighting for 2 months for the refund of funds taken from my account.
