negatives: email addresses shown on website don't work, messages left on voice mail not returned, no reply to message left on Facebook page. No communication on the order, other than the initial confirmation...the order on the website had a different total than that shown on my order confirmation. I had to call twice to find out that my order had shipped to the non-toll free number.
positives: a verbal request to change the color of a product was followed thru.
Either this company doesn't like to deal with electronic orders and technology or they don't care enough to respond to electronic inquiries and would prefer to deal in person/over the phone?
Don't know if I will be a return customer - they did come highly recommended by the blogger "Miss Mustard Seed" for their Fiddes Wax special pricing.
Time will tell. But, John Millen Hardware, if you're going to use technology, let's get it up and running, ok? Let's be professional and have both email addresses that work and return phone...
