I worked with Olga on an engagement ring, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I visited a lot of jewelry stores looking at different rings and working with different people. Of all the people I worked with, Olga made me feel the most comfortable and really listened to what I had to say. She offered up great suggestions and was patient enough with me as I did my own research to make sure I was making the right choice teaming up with Bella Cosa. After working with her for several months as I did my research and visited everyone else, Olga stood out from the competition. We went with a custom ring, which I thought was going to be more expensive than one picked from the case but it wasn't. We were able to create a ring based on several designs that I saw, and picked a center stone that matched all of my criteria. She knocked the ring out of the park! My fiancée loves the ring, and it looks completely stunning on her finger. She gets loads of compliments from strangers who see this brilliant sparkle on her hand from across the room. Where do I even begin. I had my heart set on a Tacori setting since before we got engaged. My partner had my engagement ring made at a private jeweler to replicate a Tacori ring that I loved. Needless to say, it wasn't the same. I had the setting redone after we got engaged, and second time wasn't a charm either. I was so disappointed not only at the quality, but now, all the money we have wasted. I went to Bella Cosa to look at wedding bands to get ideas for our jeweler when I met Michelle. She listened to my sob story and saw how distraught I was over this whole situation. I knew how much I wanted the Tacori engagement setting and wedding band, so she worked with me and we figured out a great plan so I can have the ring of my DREAMS!!! I met with her several times, in person and via phone. I felt so comfortable, and confident that I made the right choice and know I will have a jeweler for life! My experience at Bella Cosa was a delight from the minute I walked in the door! I was enthusiastically greeted with smiling, friendly faces and a staff who was more than eager to help. Danielle helped me redesign my engagement ring. I shared my ideas, and she was on my page from the get-go and genuinely excited about the whole project from beginning to end. She really understands that jewelry is personal. She is patient, caring and very talented. I am over the moon with her finished product! And I was very impressed with the whole process at Bella Cosa. Danielle created a sample drawing; then worked with the CAD designer for a 3-D image, which then went to their 3-D printer. So, I was able to try on my new ring before it was actually made.
