Actors Training Center — Attraction in New Trier Township

I cannot say strongly enough how wonderful Carole Dibo and her team at the Actors Training Center have been for my daughter. Not only are they all lovely people to work with, they have proven time and again to be tenacious advocates for my daughter as she pursues her interests in commercial and theatrical acting. My daughter has taken courses and camps at ATC, undergone private coaching sessions and self-tape auditions, and Rae is our go-to for updating film reels. Carole has been an indispensable resource for information and connections, which was especially important for us, since we are new to the industry. Our daughter certainly would not be the working actor she is now if not for the ATC, and we feel very lucky to have found such a trustworthy "home" from which our daughter can work to pursue her passions for on-camera acting and...

I have been with ATC ever since it opened in 2007, and I was 5 years old. I feel like I have grown so much not only as an actor, but as a person. The mentors there have truly become my mentors in life and I am forever grateful for the experiences, opportunities, and friends I receive due to ATC. Carole has pushed me to become better versions of myself with each new challenge I face. Alex taught me so much about the art of film and how I can become a vulnerable storyteller. Workshops with Deb, new experiences with Lucky, tips from Becky, sessions with Matt, and more, allowed me to shape and mold myself as an actor. While I have never officially enrolled in a class at Actors Training Center facility in Wilmette, I have worked alongside the likes of many of their talented teachers and staff in the recent past on different projects (Sarah Charipar, Leah Raidt, etc.) I have wanted to attend a class at ATC for some time now, and have noticed that their presence on Instagram is especially helpful in finding out more information on how to apply, what classes they offer, and who teaches said classes!
