Just rude employees...went in today to specifically make a jewelry purchase. Asked for a specific item with letter initial I needed and was told everything was out. YOU HAVE HOW MANY OTHER STORES! You walked away and never offered to check other stores. What kind of service is that and if I owned the store and thought that was how my employees represented me I would be upset. I then approached another employee who clearly understood how to treat customers. "Yes, I can see both other stores have it and which is more convenient for you to go to?"
