I only ever will write a bad review if I think it's warranted, and I think in this case, it is warranted. I ordered a calendar on an easel for a friend back in December. I was told there would be a big delay because of supply chain issues, which is completely understandable. I was told to call back in early January for an update, so I did. I was passed around to five people before I was able to get an answer. I was then told the easel component was still on back order, and to call back in a few days for an update. I did, and was once again passed around to three different people, who weren't able to help, and then was finally told the easel still hadn't arrived. Finally, I got a call that the order was complete. As I live out of state, my sister picked up the package for me and paid for the gift. When my sister gave the gift to my friend, there was still no easel! I called Walgreens to get a refund because they had given me an incomplete gift, even though there was literally a note on the packaging to not give the gift until the easel arrived. I was told the only way to get a refund was if there was proof that the gift was actually given to my friend. My friend brought the gift in and was given the easel, but then told that the entire gift would have to be thrown away before any refund could be given. My friend decided to take the calendar and easel back home with her, and gave the manager my number to call. That night, my friend realized the dates were printed out completely wrong on the calendar, and while the year says 2022, the dates are for last year. I felt that I probably would not receive a call, so I called the next day to kindly ask for a refund, especially since the dates were incorrect. I was told that $10 in courtesy points had been put toward my account. However, I asked if I could obtain a full refund for the various errors on their part. Once again, the manager told me the only way I could get the refund was if the calendar and easel were disposed of. Having worked in retail myself many times, I know that more could have been done in this situation, and that an additional $5 to amount to the full cost of the product could have easily been applied to my account. If you are looking to purchase any photo item here, I would think twice. If you are looking for good customer service, I would recommend the Walgreens on Green Bay road as an alternative. Very disappointed in this Walgreens and the way that they handled the entire situation. The manager also continued to speak over me as I tried to explain the situation, which was very...
Read moreThe vaccination experience at this place was the worst I've ever had, and I didn't want to target anyone, but his vaccinations seemed very amateurish and had no aseptic principles. He put on the gloves first, then called me to go into the vaccination room, when I went in, I found that the vaccine (syringe) on the table, not on a tray that looked at least clean or a On the piece of paper, he took an alcohol swab to disinfect my arm. After that, for convenience, he took a sharps trash can on the cabinet next to it and put it on the table where the vaccine was placed. My god 🤦, what is this operation? The most ridiculous thing is that after he vaccinated me, the Band-Aid that he put on did not cover the needle hole at all, shh🤫. I'm really worried about my friends who get vaccinated later,If I can give 0 star, I would not...
Read moreLiterally THE worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I've been stuck in line with nobody helping, I've pressed the button for help and waited...and waited....and waited....it's like there's only 1 person working here at a time - ever. Seen old people needing help paying at the register, and the lady checking her out didn't speak English (that I could tell). After mumbling something unintelligible 5 or 6 times l, she just snatched the card from the lady's hand and did it herself. I just walked out, didn't even get to the product I needed this time. Couldn't get...
