Just Salad — Restaurant in New Trier Township

I came here for lunch on their third day of business. Most of the tables were occupied. The decor was as very clean and attractive, with fun star tiles on one wall, and a matching painted blue on the others. As guests were waiting in line, the manager came up to fill out your order on a form. This made the process much quicker to have your food prepared and pay the cashier. I do have one suggestion: for guests who want water with their meal, offer a self-dispensing water station. Two in our party wanted water, and we were given plastic cups to get our water. But there was nowhere we could get it ourselves. I finally had to ask an employee to get us water, and after waiting about five minutes, he filled up our cups from their sink. It would be a lot easier if they allowed guests to serve themselves water instead of relying on the staff. Our food was delicious, and we will definitely return. We are excited to have a Just Salad...

I was really excited to try Just Salad, the new location at Eden’s Plaza, and ordered a Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl to go. Unfortunately, when I got home and started eating, I found a small worm coming out of my food. I went back to the store to let them know what happened, but they told me they couldn’t help and that I had to call customer service instead. Really disappointing and unpleasant experience for my first visit. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves their quality control and...

Went to JS Wilmette for first time tonight. Extremely disappointed. Could have gotten a better, fresher salad in a bag at Jewel. Chicken in salad was rubbery, and that's being kind. Ordered and paid for a wrap before server discovered they were outta wraps of wraps. He offered no alternative. Sat at a dirty table while awaiting this order. Service was so slow I almost left before ordering but decided to give them a break. I'm disappointed that I did. I'll stick with Sweet Greens in the future....
