Five Guys — Restaurant in New Trier Township

I've visited this store a few times, and yesterday was the worst experience. Ordered a curbside pick up, the guy says 5 minutes. We wait 15 minutes, still no food. We call gain, and he says food is ready, come and get it inside. I said I want curbside pick up. He says ok, i'll be right up. 5 minutes later, still no food. I go in, and ask for my food. He was making my burgers then... I picked up and left. The music was loud and obnoxious. It also smelled like weed in the store. But the burgers were good. Giving 2 stars for the good burger, but you lost 3 stars due to bad, bad...

This was a fantastic experience. Fries are typically crispy and ample. The place is continually well kept and employees are pleasant and speedy. You can order your burger any way you want and they will do it. Shakes are good too. The burger was cooked perfectly. It tastes more like a real burger, not like a fast-food burger. One of our favorite places! Everything was good. They always have fresh toppings, the best burger I’ve had in a long time. Nice for a family visit if you don't want to cook.
