Jeremy was the initial community associate who I met. After relating my situation, he directed me to the city agencies who could provide assistance.
Chris was the next associate I met in person. He provided a listening ear and offered a stop gap to my situation, which I made use of.

We went to the office and were fortunate enough to meet Jeremy, who was a HUGE help. He researched what was needed, and he jumped through hoops to get it to us so we could submit in time.
Without Jeremy’s help, we would have had to close our doors for 2 weeks and would have had to tell our employees during the holidays that they wouldn’t be working.
