I've been with Untamed for 3 years now.. work outs are always changing so you never get bored or feel like its all a routine. I always walk in happy to see the Trainers I have grown to know and love. Its more of a community of friends. They make you feel comfortable but most importantly they push you to be better to be greater. I watch Members reach PR's here. I'm 145 lb and I've dead lifted a whopping 250 lbs. I wouldn't have imagined doing that in a local gym, I don't even think I would have ever lifted a weight any where else but here they see your potential and your no different than someone who can dead lift 700 lbs because they all see you as strong! I've seen members transform mentally and physically. You get so tied up into calling every one your family that its almost hard to leave so you set new goals and they always listen. Work outs are creative. Its a mixture of heavy lifting and cardio. They host Fitness BBQs, HIKES and Night Lights which is something worth experiencing. and no they didn't pay me to write this I JUST FU*KING LOVE THIS GYM!...

IMPORTANT: they are located on the basement level of the red building across from the “so fresh and so clean” laundromat on Morris park ave. This address is incorrect if it still shows they are by the parkchester. Use the laundromat on google maps.

Now for my review ;) From the first day I came here I felt welcomed. Everyone, trainers and patrons alike, are kind. The customers are all from different fitness levels. If it is your first time working out you don’t have to worry about feeling alone or judged and if you’re already fit you won’t ever feel like your workout wasn’t challenging enough.

The owners and trainers will make you feel supported, empowered, and pushed beyond your limits. There’s not a day that I’ve left feeling like I should have been made to work out harder.

I am sad that I have to leave them and that I only got to work out with them for 2 weeks while on vacation in NY. If I’m ever back, you know...

Where do I start lol Since I had my son my weight has been completely out of control. Definitely have tried it all from dieting to working out and I was totally stuck in a rut. Then I found this hidden Gem called Untamed Studio. Looked it up a bit thought it would just be another intimidating workout place. Totally opposite of that these guys are amazing uplifting and positive group of people. I’ve lost 20 pounds in less then 3 months and still more to go By far some of the most Motivational coaches. A place made to help you Achieve your full potential!! What a life changing...
