So we ordered ahead for pick up. 2 salads in which they forgot to make one of them and had to bring it to their attention when we looked in the bag they gave us with only 1. I asked for extra salad dressing because they gave me just 1. They charged me 50cents each for them lol. And if u see the size u would understand the lol. The 2 fresh squeezed orange juices that i bought were so watered down it was disgusting. Straight to the garbage. The ceaser salad that they forgot to give me the 1st time tasted like it had watered down ceaser dressing and overly charred grilled chicken. Ive been to the location in Throggs Neck where the food is delicious and the customer service is great. Never charged for extra dressing and always straight pure orange juice. Idk what happened to this location but i wont be going to this one anymore. Maybe they changed owners but bottom line this location is trash. Off to Throggs...

Ordered here for the first time because I was craving a chicken caesar salad wrap. But I was VERY disappointed not only in the flavors of the food, but in the quantity for the price.

This wrap was $13+ because I added French fries (which were $1.50). You can eat the wrap in 3 bites! The chicken was super dry and lacked flavor, the wrap barely had any dressing and tasted burnt. Absolutely terrible experience.. In the picture you will see half the wrap, and it’s smaller than the ginger ale. Barely had any filling. Do not order from here unless you want really small portions of mediocre food.

Plenty of deli’s in the area that make better food, bigger portions & great pricing. This is what I get for being lazy and not heading to a worthy location.

I bought the chicken pesto panini, chicken & salami & cheese empanada & PB protein shake. The chicken pesto had no type of seasoning & even the pesto couldn’t make it any better. The empanadas were disgusting. If the owner is spanish he’s a disgrace to his own kind & if the owner is anything but spanish, they need to take it out the menu because they have no business making empanadas. The salami isn’t fried salami, it’s deli cut salami….. I could’ve had that on a sandwich instead… the PB protein shake, I specifically asked for vanilla protein not chocolate and they still give me chocolate. I will not be ordering again & if you are of culture, this place isn’t...
