What a horrible experience. It took 5 days of back and forth with them to figure out payment. They said they would send a link but never sent it. Every time we called they said they would send again in 30 min and didn't. Our building requires a certificate of insurance for deliveries, and they didn't include the requirements we listed when they sent it over. When we asked them to update it, I got yelled at for 10 minutes saying they need more time. I asked several times how long it would take them, but the guy couldn't give me an answer. We needed to go with a different store if they couldn't get it by the end of the week so I kept asking when they could have it. Instead of answering me, the guy berated me for not being "nice" because I wasn't giving him enough time. I left the call shaking because he was so angry yelling at me. Lost our business, we went with Home Depot who had a lovely service rep help me...

Great experience. I contacted Buy and Save during quarantine for an A/C unit. Avi got back to me right away. He sent an invoice, I paid through PayPal and the A/C was delivered and installed the next day. Previous A/C removed and relocated to our building's refuse area.
