Mega Format — Local services in New York

In the end of April we were looking for a company that could do various small retractable banners and also two major backdrops (15 and 20 feet long) for our event. We had only 2-3 days to produce everything and we really needed the best quality in the market. We found MegaFormat on Google. I first spoke to David who was amazing explaining how everything would work. He was very good in confirming that all the design material was received - we sent it in batches. He sent us the templates for the design for the size and formats we needed and gave us guidance. We welcomed 150 very high level authorities from various countries in the UN headquarters, and thanks to MegaFormat we had our banners ready on time and with amazing quality. The large format backdrops were ridiculously easy to assemble. It took us about 15 minutes to set it up completely. David also showed to us how to assemble and disassemble the banners and backdrops. Update to previous review - they did respond to previous issue and offered a discount to keep the item or return for a full refund. So, I am upgrading to 4 stars and will try them, again, in the future. The quality of the product was good, and, I appreciate them owning their mistake.

Took them 5+ business days to ship an item they advertise as 2-day turnaround. So, they missed the deadline. So, in a business where something is ordered for an event - missing the target that badly is not acceptable. Would give zero stars,...
