Hatzlacha Supermarket — Local services in New York

First of all, their selection of groceries is insane - I'm talking fresh produce, meats, dairy, and all the pantry staples you could ever need. Their grocery selection is huge and the produce section is always stocked with fresh and tasty fruits and veggies. And the prices are seriously unbeatable, I can load up my cart without breaking the bank.

But what really sets this place apart is their takeout and buffet section - I mean, I could literally eat here every day and never get bored. Everything is so flavorful and delicious, and they always have a great variety of dishes to choose from. And the service is top-notch too, the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Overall, I highly recommend checking out this kosher supermarket if you're in the area - you won't be...

I'd love to post a good review, But what can i do that things have turned sour. since the last few weeks, most of the managers are getting more & more addicted to their phones, (i'd call it "nomophobia" ), and there is LITERALLY no one to talk too. Hatzlacha was well known for their excellent and dedicated customer service, however, nowdays, Hatzlacha is wildely known for their POOR and DISLOYALcustomer serivce (this is why i also found an open milk bottle in the fridge with an unpleasant odor and rotten food as well). tthis is truly unforunate for you, you may lose a lot of custoemrs as a result of this. for your good, please, for your sake, have this improved before it...

three stars means average place. this place is well below average. while looking for A kosher place to buy raw meats in Williamsburg we were told that this place is recommended for it's variety and it's prices. we visited on Monday. the place was pretty empty. The store was filthy. all fresh pastries were covered in flies.🤢 no prices written on most products in the store. the folks around here like a surprise when getting to the cashier. I assume. meat fridge almost empty. prices not cheap. vegetables looks decent. large variety of frozen cholov yisroel (dairy) products. sadly, I will spend my money elsewhere next time. i hope this is not the best Williamsburg...
